CUARENTA Y TRES

The National Liquer from Spain

It was around 200 BC in Cartagena when the Romans discovered a delicious bright yellow liqueur which was called LIQUOR MIRABILIS.

It is supposed to be made up of 43 secret ingredients which certainly include vanilla, other aromatic herbs and spices, and citrus and fruit juices.

Today, Licor 43 is shipped to over 60 countries throughout the world and as such it is Spain's most exported liqueur.

The sheer number of special ingredients make Licor 43 ideal for a whole range of cocktails. Some popular examples are:-
